We are rapidly growing our global business and we are looking for new colleagues for our Project Delivery group.
We are looking for Associate Project Managers to support our project organization in delivering our complex solutions. You will become part of a large team of experienced and highly competent project managers where you will be able to learn and grow into the project manager role.
Your role
As Associate Project Manager, you will interact with experts, System Engineers and Project Managers. You will act as project associate in major customer projects and support our senior project managers. You will play a key role in evaluating the project´s progress, supporting colleagues and protect the company´s interests.
Tasks
Monitor and document the project´s progress according to the agreed project plans. This includes updating milestone plans, responsibility assignment matrix, work breakdown etc.
Coordinate project activities e.g. organize and prepare project meetings.
Support the project managers in the management of the project team.
Manage the project members and allocate them according to the resource allocation.
Prepare reports and presentation material for steering group meetings.
Track and monitor purchase orders, and process invoices from subcontractors and suppliers.
Your profile
We look for candidates with a few years’ working experience, ideally from working in projects. Furthermore, we expect you to hold a degree within engineering, business administration, project management or a shorter education and specific project management experience.
The projects are complex, and the learning curve will be steep. You need to be a team player with a proactive mindset, who learns quickly and thrives in managing many different stakeholders such as customers, suppliers, engineers, project managers, etc.
We are in a global environment and therefore look for candidates with various backgrounds and experiences. We interact with each other and therefore need good communicators, who like to interact with stakeholders and who speak/write English.
